It serves as a platform for professionals, researchers, academics, and industry leaders to exchange knowledge, present research findings, discuss emerging trends, and explore innovative solutions in the field of power and energy engineering. The conference typically features technical sessions, tutorials, panel discussions, keynote speeches, poster presentations, and networking opportunities, covering a wide range of topics including power systems, renewable energy, smart grids, electric vehicles, energy storage, and more.

Public Safety Canada has implemented a new measure aimed at combating child labour and forced labour in Canadian supply chains. This measure is expected to affect most of the manufacturers represented by Composite Power Group in Canada.

The companies are expected to comply with the new requirements by May 31st, 2024. Canadian customers are likely to include compliance-related requirements in their project bid packages.

Therefore, we want to ensure that each manufacturer represented by Composite Power Group is well-positioned long before the deadline.

The Saskatchewan Mining Supply Chain Forum is the primary mining supply chain event in western Canada that brings together the Saskatchewan mining industry and local suppliers to enhance their global competitiveness and expand markets.

Nbisiing Power’s opening ceremony on May 27th was a huge success, with great representation from the Nipissing First Nation community, it's leaders and from industry suppliers. Several executives from partner suppliers made the trip and it was great to have them there taking time away from their businesses to support Nbisiing Power. Special thanks to Christine Goulais for all her hard work to pull the event together.

Nbisiing Power will open its doors for the first time this Friday, May 27th to mark the grand opening of their head office. A reseller of electrical power equipment, Nbisiing Power will focus on pursuing Indigenous procurement opportunities with electrical utility companies here in Ontario.
